PRODUCT PROPERTIES

Granada is a natural and ecologic finishing plaster exclusively made of CE marked lime putty, of coloured earths and of selected marble granulates. The use of lime putty (seasoned for more than 2 years) guarantees a notable workability and plasticity to the product and it assures the plaster a low resistance to the diffusion of water vapour. Furthermore, when applied on indoor walls, Granada assures the plaster an elevated resistance to moulds and bacteria. It is particularly indicated for interventions on new buildings and for restores which require traditional products.



APPLICATION FIELDS

Granada is a totally natural plaster. This fundamental feature is confirmed by the necessity to perform, before its application, an evaluation of the existing or designed building.

For a correct application of Granada, it is necessary to verify the presence of the following architectonic elements:
• correctly dimensioned overhang eaves
  (to protect the wall work in all its height from meteoric waters)
• drips at windows, balconies and downpipes
  (to avoid washing out of the surfaces)
• skirting in non absorbing material
  (to protect the lower part of the façade from damage from water)
• eventual "stringcourse"
  (to redimension too large surfaces)
