PRODUCT PROPERTIES

Acryl 75 is an elastic liquid for cement. It is based on acrylic copolymers in an aqeous dispersion. Added in the correct proportions to BZ 6 RS, one can obtain a slurry having the mechanical characteristics of elasticity and of waterproofing. Acryl 75 forms an internal polymeric matrix that guarantees an elevated elasticity of the system, even at low temperatures (<< -10 °C). Acryl 75 brings mortars an excellent workability with a spreading easiness.
Acryl 75 also brings an optimum adhesion to both cement and metal supports.



APPLICATION FIELDS

Acryl 75 added to BZ 6 RS (25 Kg of BZ 6 RS + 10 Kg of Acryl 75) is employed to modify cement mortars such as flexible isolating smoothings where elevated elasticity, waterproofing and resistance to external agents are required. It can thus be used for:
• foundation walls;
• general concrete structures;
• cement blocks and wall works;
• waterproofing of tanks, channels and swimming pools, with or without coating;
• as an isolating layer for balconies, swimming pools, before the laying out of tiles, etc...
